A: You can filter all Geographic data at the state level.

lead generation account with us you will submit your lead criteria
and an account manager will promptly review your request and estimate the daily lead volume we can produce.

Q: How many times are the leads sold?
A: Our leads are sold a total of (2) times to and only to our Lead
Alliance Partners, which is what we will refer to you as when
you sign up. We DO NOT sell our leads as aged leads, or sell the lead to other lead generation companies. Our main goal is to ensure that the prospect only has contact with two companies, and you only have to compete against one other company. Since we do not have a cap on lead returns and we provide you with the exact source of every lead, we have a large incentive to make sure leads are sold only twice.

Q: How are the leads delivered?
A: We can deliver leads to your lead management system in real time with NO integration costs. If you don't have a lead management system we will send your leads via email and store them in your
Lead Discovery online lead management system. In your online account you can select
where the leads are delivered. You can also view, print, assign leads to
a sales representative and download leads in CSV format for use in
any sales automation program such as Access, Excel, SalesForce.com,

Q: Can I limit the number of leads I get per day?
A: Yes, you can specify a daily maximum threshold.

A: Yes, you can change your criteria at anytime at no cost by contacting your account manager at 1-760-295-4956.

Q: How do I add money to my account?
A: To
add money to your account you can place a purchase order using the online control panel. You will receive an email invoice for the purchase order; once paid leads will start to be delivered.

Q: What is your lead
return policy?
A: We will replace your lead with another qualified lead if
a lead you buy from us falls into one of the following categories:
- If
a lead is a duplicate of one previously purchased and submitted
by the same consumer within the last 60 days.
- If the contact
information is false so that it does not permit
you to make contact with the consumer. Disconnected numbers, fax and other phone errors accepted.
- If the prospect turns out not to meet the requirements outlined in your purchase order.
- If
the data was entered by a consumer lacking legal capacity
to make a contract (a minor, a person of diminished mental capacity,
etc.).
- We have a 100% return policy, no caps and no hassles.

Q: How do I return "bogus" leads?
A: We have a simple and completely automated lead return system.
Here is how you can replace a bogus lead with a qualified lead.
- Log into your Online Lead Management Account
- Select the lead you would like to return, by first either searching
for the lead's ID, the leads last name or phone number and
clicking on the "return" link.
- It is our goal to make sure you have fresh leads at all times.
Lead Discovery will immediately replace your approved refund.
Our quality control team will then review the lead return request
and determine if it is valid. If it is, the exchange stands, if
not we will deduct the lead from your account. In all cases you
will be kept informed about the status of all your lead return
requests.

Q: How long does it take to get credit for leads after I submit
a request.
A: Your lead returns are replaced immediately,
or as soon as a lead that fits your criteria is generated, so you
are not left short on any given day.

Q: If the prospect does not call me back, or they are not interested
in our service will that qualify as a returnable lead?
A: No - Since we can't control how quickly you contact leads,
how well you pitch them nor the quality of the services you offer we can't be
responsible for unresponsive leads. With that said we are vigilant
about tracking and identifying poorly performing leads. The issue
may be within your sales process and this is exactly what our online
lead tracking and management system can help you identify.
